The Study Of Policy Supply Of Zhejiang Province Provate Economy Development

The growth and development of private economy in Zhejiang province is always the focus of the construction process of socialism market economic system, which attracted a lot of attention. This is because that even Zhejiang province has a weak development foundation, but they can depend on themselves in just a few decades, which create a miracle of economic development. Based on the private economy development of Zhejiang province, this paper analyzed the path of break out and homeopathic growth, and think that it's the joint results of endogenous development and external force. But this paper focus on policy supply of this process.Policy supply, in macro level, reflects the relationship between the government and market, which we can pay attention to the interaction between policy supply and market in power base and policy effect level. Through the research on the policy supply of Zhejiang province private economy development process, this paper thinks that policy supply, on one hand, create the good environment for the private economy development, but on the other hand also results in the bottleneck of the current development. The reason is the imbalance of policy supply, which includes one-way supply direction and the content disorder. This paper further considers that the cause lead this situation is the merger of the policy itself and private economy and in the evolution processes it become policy inertia and inspire "economic rationality" of economic acts. And also this paper claimed that only complete the policy subject transferred from the program Paddle into the helm of the role change and improve the "social rationality" of policy supply in order to solve the policy supply difficulties of Zhejiang province private economy development.
