Schx Group Construction Project Labor Subcontractor's Evaluation And Selection

With the development of Construction profession，Many construction enterprises,specially the big total contractor have encountered many difficulties, Most importantis the increase in business growth out of proportion to their own resources. They need alarge number of specialist sub-teams.Subcontractor’s good or bad will directly affect the entire construction project isgood or bad. How to choose the sub-team has become the difficult and critical points. Itis important to establish the evaluation indexes of Subcontractor. This article attempts tobuild a comprehensive evaluation system for sub-contractors, and the mathematicalmethods used to evaluate and select subcontractors.First we described the basic concepts of the labor suppliers and the selection oflabor suppliers, sub-package situation of Our country and Sichuan area,meanwhileanalyzed the present situation of labor suppliers.Secondly, set in SCHX,we introducedthe bidding of labor suppliers,and analyzed the evaluation steps and the existencequestion.Finally, based on the evaluation system, combined with the actual constructionproject, the evaluation of labor suppliers is analyzed and the normal ways based on theevaluation of labor suppliers are summarized.Findings of this study will provide guideline and a practical method for theselection of labor suppliers. It will be helpful to construction enterprises in improvingthe management of subcontractors.
