As the real economy, enterprise has an important role in promoting economic development, provision of employment opportunities and stabilization of government fiscal revenue. It analyzes the main problems of technological innovation in the enterprises of Huaining county. Investment of technical innovation is inadequate. Talented people are in scarcity. Business knowledge is insufficient. The mode of innovation is inappropriate. The intermediary service system is imperfect. The level of technical innovation and management is not high. And so on. Through analysis of these problems, some corresponding measures will be found with the actual conditions of Huaining. For example, government taking tax measures, financial measures to support technological innovation of enterprises; intensifying the training of personnel to provide technology innovation favorable intellectual support; establishing and improving related services system, ensuring the smooth flow of information so as to promote the continuous development of technological innovation.Through government support and with collective efforts of enterprises, a technological innovation system of enterprises as the mainstay, market demand oriented and combination of government-industry-university-research will be gradually established to promote continuous development of technological innovation and transform technological achievements into practical productive forces continuously. Through new technology transforming and comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises in Huaining county improving, the economic growth of Huaining county will be promoted, and the development of economic and social society in Huaining county will be maintained sound and fast.
