Research On Carrying On Industry Transfer From Beijing For Hebei Province

Recently, resource and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent, they put a great challenge to the persons. These problems not only propose the higher goal against the technology. economy, and social development, it also make increasingly important regional economic coordinated development unprecedented difficulty. Sustainable development concept is to coordinate economic development with population, resources, environment, current development and future development, to achieve equitable, sustainable development.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has become the third pole in china's economic growth after the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta..However, around the international metropolis Beijing and Tianjin, there is a poverty belt in Hebei Province. At the same time, the fragile ecological environment and worse regional environment in the poverty belt around Beijing and Tianjin, this would make negative effects to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region's modernization and ecological security.As a way of poverty alleviation and harmonious development of economy and society, industrial transfer must be considered in the context of sustainable development..It is necessary to choose a new industrial transfer mode to improve the level of economic development.This article first explained the theory of industrial transfer in the context of sustainable development, respectively from the transfer of industry, regional coordination, sustainable development and the relationship of them. Besides,the regional gradient transfer theory and empirical analysis are proposed based on it. Then, by analyzing the current economic and social situation, the advantages and disadvantages of industries, it is demonstrated that the necessity, feasibility and ecological barriers in the industrial transfer from Beijing to Hebei. The gradient coefficients of the major industrial sectors industry are obtained by collating data in the Statistical Yearbook of Beijing and Hebei Province. The industries Hebei Province should undertake can be confirmed according to theory of gradient coefficient. Meanwhile, the environmental effect of industrial transfer is analysed from the environmental point of view. Finally, the article proposes the specific measures of the industrial transfer from Beijing to Hebei, combining the transfer of industrial transfer and environmental effect.This article proposed a new mode of industry transfer based on regional economic, social, population, resources, environment's coordination and sustainable development.
