Research On The Efficiency Of Industrial Transfer In Jiangxi Province

With the deepening of globalization,the world economy has made great progress.Due to the influence of factors such as the cost of production factors,market size and technological innovation,industries began to shift around the world.Industrial transfer provides power for the development of world economy.The phenomenon of industrial transfer not only occurs between countries,but also between different regions of the same country.After the reform and opening up,although the industries in the developed coastal areas have made great progress,there are still imbalances in industrial development in China,among which the industrial development in the central and western regions is relatively backward compared with that in the coastal areas.China's industrial development has gradientness.The state has issued the strategy of the rise of the central region and the development of the western region.Jiangxi Province,as an important part of the strategy of the rise of the central region,is relatively backward in industrial development at present,but it has better advantages in factor cost and transportation geography.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the efficiency of Jiangxi Province in undertaking industrial transfer at home and abroad.(1)By combing the relevant literature,this paper finds that the main research of foreign literature in the analysis of industrial transfer is the international industrial transfer,while the research on the internal regional industrial transfer of a country is relatively few;the domestic literature mainly focuses on the impact of FDI(International Direct Investment)on China or the specific region of China and the model of industrial transfer However,the quantitative analysis of motivation and effect between regions is less.Therefore,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the ability and efficiency of industrial transfer in Jiangxi Province.(2)Compared with other provinces in the central part of China,the data shows that the absolute value of domestic capital introduced by Jiangxi Province is gradually widening with that of Hubei Province and Hunan Province.In terms of foreign investment,the data shows that the gap with other provinces in Central China is not very large,which shows that Jiangxi Province's import efficiency of domestic investment is lower than that of foreign investment,and most of the domestic industries are concentrated in the second industry,while the first industry and the third industry are less.(3)Based on the empirical analysis of industrial gradient coefficient of 11 prefecture level cities in Jiangxi Province,the empirical results show that the secondary industry gradient coefficient of each city in Jiangxi Province is higher,which shows that Jiangxi Province has a higher competitive advantage in the secondary industry.The second industry gradient coefficient of Nanchang,Jiujiang,Ganzhou and Shangrao is higher.The gradient coefficient of the tertiary industry in Jiangxi Province is lower than the national average level,and the value of the gradient coefficient of the tertiary industry in Nanchang city is close to the national average level.In this paper,factor analysis method is used to analyze the industrial undertaking capacity of Jiangxi Province,and the main factors affecting the industrial transfer of Jiangxi Province are divided into industrial attraction,industrial selection,industrial development and industrial support.Nanchang City,as the provincial capital city,has a higher score of comprehensive industry carrying capacity and industrial attraction,followed by Jiujiang City,Ganzhou City and Shangrao City,and the other seven cities have a lower score of comprehensive industry carrying capacity.The industrial development of Jiangxi Province is still unbalanced and inadequate,so Jiangxi Province should adopt targeted policies to improve the weak development points of each city.(4)In this paper,Three-stage DEA model is used to analyze the efficiency of industrial transfer in Jiangxi Province.The DEA model of this paper is an efficiency analysis based on the elimination of environmental factors,management inefficiency and white noise.Through the analysis of slack variables in the second stage of DEA,it is concluded that the efficiency of Jiangxi Province to undertake foreign capital is higher than that of Jiangxi Province to undertake domestic capital.The third stage shows that the overall efficiency of industrial transfer in 11 cities of Jiangxi Province is average,but the efficiency of industrial transfer has also been improved to some extent.Among them,the scale efficiency shows a downward trend,which shows that after the introduction of industries,the cities in Jiangxi Province have not let these industries form a agglomeration effect,so the scale efficiency is relatively low.The pure technical efficiency is good,which shows that technological progress brought by industrial transfer in Jiangxi Province has a positive role in promoting the development of Jiangxi Province.With the economic development,the comprehensive efficiency of 11 cities in Jiangxi Province has been better improved,but it is still not DEA effective.It is still necessary to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the industry and enhance the attractiveness of the industry.
