Research On The Capabilities Of The Dynamic Development Of The Middle Area Of China

With the rapid development of science and technology, regionalization and globalization of world economy are accelerating, and the world economic situation becomes more and more complicated and varied. In the complex environment, competition between regions becomes more and more fierce. Relying on traditional advantages is no longer the superiority to the opponent, even may be locked in the decline of the track. In the complex environment, in order to constantly create new competitive advantages, long-term prosperity and stability, the region's dynamic development capacity should be built.In this paper, analyzing the evolve trajectory of the middle area and the central six provinces of china in the six important period of development since the founding of china, and comparing with the rest of the Economic region and other provinces of china, basing on the Evolutionary Economic theories, Combining the management ideas that contain the research of the regional competitiveness and the dynamic capacity, this paper studied the differences and changes of dynamics capacity of the six central provinces ,and proposed policy recommendations to improve the ability of the dynamic development ,in order to make "Rise of Central China" come true in the early day.The paper is divided into seven parts.As an introduction, the first chapter presents the background, questions, significance, content, research methods and the possible innovation in the paper.The second chapter reviewed and Analyzed documents and the rise of central china and theory literature about the regional competitiveness, evolutionary economics and dynamic capabilities, which were involved in this research field. The third chapter describes index systems which were established in this paper, the data sources and processing methods.The fourth Chapter comparative analysis the dynamic development of the central region and the other economic zones at the six periods since the founding of China, reached the conclusions of the dynamic development capacity, differences among the other six economic zones and the reasons behind.The fifth Chapter comparative analysis the dynamic development of capabilities, the differences between each other and the reasons about the six provinces in central China and six periods since the founding of China, in the context of 31 provinces (municipalities).The sixth chapter put forward a political proposal to improve the dynamic development of capabilities, from the central region and six provinces in central.The seventh chapter has carried on the summary to this article conclusion, some faults were pointed and further study programs were suggested in this study.
