Since the fifties of last century the United States created the world's first science park--world famous "Silicon Valley", Worldwide university science park have mushroomed emergence. China also introduced a university science park model to promote innovation and achieve the transformation of national industry.It has established various science and technology park to incubation innovative enterprises and achieve national innovation system. As of april 2008, chinese technology business incubator has reached 548 including university science park, the number after the United States, the second highest in the world. However, quantity does not mean quality. Many of our university science park died prematurely because of inadequate management system, unsound industrial system,unhealthy policy environment and so on. This makes the sustainability of chinese university science park become the key issues.This paper bases it on the existing combination theory, technology business incubator theory, science and technology park theory and enterprise sustainable development assessment theory.Under the existing research of university science park, this paper attempts to find out the factors of sustainable development of the university science and technology park by qualitative and quantitative methods at first. Second, establish a university science park evaluation model for sustainable development to evaluate sustainable development of the university science park and find its sustainable development in China, making chinese university science and technology park can develop more stably. Again, this paper let Tsinghua Science Park as a case and evaluate its sustainable development. Finally, on the basis of these studies, this paper has given some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to help the sustainable development of university science and technology park.
