Research On Forming And Evolution Mechanism Of Commerce&Trade Logistics Service Delivery Capability

As the rising of national economy and urban and rural residents'living standards, the scale of commodity&trade circulation increases rapidly and new commercial forms appear constantly. Commodity&trade logistics service which is the product of commodity economy puts commodity use value delivery into effect, provides socialized logistics service and plays important role in economical operation. Commodity&trade logistics service delivery capability is not only a capability for deliverying physical commodity, but also a capability for delivering value of service. This capability reflects how Commodity&trade logistics service supports Commodity circulation. Commodity&trade logistics service delivery capability. Because commodity&trade logistics is closely related to Commodity circulation, commodity&trade logistics service delivery capability has great effect on the efficiency of Commodity circulation and the development of circulation industry. The study on the forming and evolution mechanism of commodity&trade logistics service delivery capability is of paramount importance to the improvement of the capability. The formation of commodity&trade logistics service delivery capability is analyzed by applying related commodity theory and logistics theory, analyze the factors which affect commodity&trade logistics service delivery capability and to explore the way or method to foster commodity&trade logistics service delivery capability in order to provide theorical and operational basis for policy making and to promote the development of circulation industry.First, the concept of commodity&trade logistics service delivery capability is formed and the features of the capability are discussed in this thesis on basis of related literature. Then the factors of commodity&trade logistics service delivery capability are analyzed. Commodity&trade logistics service delivery capability is made up of facility supporting capability, network carrying capability, marketing promoting capability and environment supporting capability. Then, this paper analyses impetus of formation of commodity&trade logistics service delivery capability and discusses the mutual relationship between commodity&trade logistics service delivery capability and commodity circulation. The cooperativity of commodity&trade logistics service delivery capability and commodity circulation in Wuhan city is measured by the model of linear regression. Next, the universal rules of commodity&trade logistics service delivery capability system evolution and 4 evolution stages are analyzed. Then, the mode of commodity&trade logistics service delivery and its selection are discussed. In chapter 5, the evaluation indicators system of commodity&trade logistics service delivery capability is established and hierarchy sorting is made by applying AHP. Shanghai, Tianjin, Wuhan, Chongqing are taken as samples to be evaluated by applying GRA.Evaluation results show that rotation volume of freight transport, cargo volume, total consumer retail sales are most important indicators. Results show that Shanghai has the highest level of commodity&trade logistics service delivery capability among 4 cities, which is followed in descending order by Tianjin, Wuhan and Chongqing. In accordance with evaluation results, capability upgrading measures such as resources reorganization, market expansion, Government guidance, talent training and developing green logistics are proposed.
