Enterprise informatization as a key factor that decides the success or failure has been pay more and more attention. For manufacturing enterprise, the workshop is the materialization center, realizing workshop production logistics system optimization and informatization become the key to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Currently, for many small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, workshop production logistics systems management is chaotic, most of them have a series of problems including logistics and distribution inefficiencies, inconsistent inventory material account, not timely information feedback and backward management means, which cause consequences of the high in-process inventory, not timely delivery, ultimately affect the economic efficiency of enterprises.This article is based on the practical project of the research of production logistics system in Liuzhou Wuling auto United Development Corporation. Through researching the logistics of rear bridge workshop, identify the main problems. By using theories related to logistics and management information, this paper designed the targeted and practical logistics management system, in order to realize the real-time distribution and effective management, so as to solve the practical problems in business.Firstly, by reading widely literature, summarizing and analyzing the theories of production logistics, management mode and logistics information technology, the paper analyzed the status quo of production logistics, including the plant layout, the methods of material handling, the major logistics business processes of receiving materials, materials distribution and so on. Through analyzing those aspects, the paper summarized the main problems in workshop production logistics system.Then, on the foundation of analyzing the feasibility and necessity of the program design, designed the production logistics system program, described the hardware layout in detail, and applied the small keyboard, bar code technology, production information Kanban into the pull distribution system, so as to improve the existing distribution logistics model, realize real-time logistics distribution and information feedback to solve the existing main problems of workshop logistics systems. Last, the paper designed and implemented the workshop logistics information system for the whole plant, including the construction of system framework, the determination of the function modules, some of the interface. At last the paper evaluated the implementation effect of the system.This paper focused on the effective combination of theory and practice, researched the optimization and design of the workshop production logistics system, developed the production and logistics information system, effectively reduced the line side inventory, improved distribution efficiency and accuracy, as well as solved the practical problems of enterprises as reduced the cost and improved the economic efficiency of enterprises. This paper has provided valuable experience and model for establishing the logistics information system; it has some theoretical guidance and practical significance. |
