Study And Application On Logistics System Based On JIT Delivery In CALY

Components enterprises in China face a new development opportunity, it is the high peak period that parts enterprises develop quickly after the automobile developed with high-speed in the period of the 11th Five-Year Plan. With the rising of the output of car, the quantity of the retained car, and the effect of increasing area of aboard market, it is a good opportunity for Chinese components enterprises. The fierce competition in car market forces the automobile enterprise to adjust the strategic cooperation relationship with the components factories. At the time of lowering purchase price, the cost is lowered by exaltation and deepening the ratio of domestically produced and the enlargement domestic purchase quantity etc, which bring new chance for enlargement matching in components enterprise. While the automobile company established strategic cooperation relationship with the components factories, they also request that the components factories can supply the parts of the accurate quantity and quality to production line in accurate time. This is the request of automobile company JIT delivery to the auto parts enterprise.This thesis puts forward to the research project of logistics system of JIT delivery through the analysis the present condition of the logistics system in CALY, the main contents is as follows:①In analyzing the present organization structure and the present condition of the production department, the logistics department and the technique quality of CALY, it concludes the requirement of logistics system of JIT delivery in CALY company and brings forward the whole solution of logistics system of CALY and establishes the "7R" target of the logistics system of JIT delivery.②Based on the analysis of the organizational structure of the relevant departments about logistics of CALY. According to the status and characteristics of CALY Company, This paper designed logistics organizational structure of CALY and programmed its function and duty using Organizational structure design methods. Based on the analysis of production logistics system requirement, this paper programmed the logistics system of this company from three ways, which were fixation management, 5S management and Kanban management.③Based on the analysis of company stock system, this paper programmed layout of warehouse and designed stock management flow. ④This paper programmed and designed implementation planning and steps of the logistics system, which faced JIT delivery to the car factories on time, and had a comparability and analysis to the implementation results.
