Study On Urban Rail Transportation Engineering Project Bidding Risk Management

Along with rapid development of sciences and technologies and the constant introduction of it in the project building, the risks shared by the employer are becoming more and more, the employer of the project will face many risks on project building due to many changes of the social environment, the characteristics of great investment, long construction schedule, a series of uncertain factors in engineering survey and design, building and operation management of various engineering especially the large scale engineering like rail transportation project. All these will promote the science and research personnel as well as the managerial staff to pay more attentions to the risk management of the large scale engineering in terms of theory and practice. The paper analyzed various risks faced by bidding of urban rail transportation project by means of analytic hierarchy process, established bidding risks evaluation system model for the urban rail transportation engineering by reference of fuzzy evaluation method. It will provide a set of scientific basis in making strategic decision on engineering bidding for the enterprises in the future.
