Research On The Bidding And The Commenting Management Of Ulanqab Electric Power Network Project

For all times bidding and commenting has always been the key link in electrical power engineering project management. In this article, subjecting to the Bidding and Bid Law as well as relevant materials purchasing theory, analysis and study will be introduced to the present bidding and bidding evaluation methods associated with both domestic and foreign reality, and the characteristic of electrical power engineering project. After taking a series investigations into the problems arisen during the project bidding and evaluation at electrical power companies, a valuable insight into the bidding commenting management of Ulanqab Electric Power Bureau's grid network project can be gained and a bidding commenting system for electrical power equipment purchasing will be established. Real case study will also be specified in this paper.
