Construction Organization Management Study Of Zaolin Railway Electrical Engineering

China railway construction made rapid progress in recent years, which is the fastest developing time in China's railway history. Railway infrastructure is an important part of the national fundamental construction, and is an important means of the establishment and expansion of the railway reproduction of fixed assets. It plays an important role to the promotion of the national economy development. This paper applied project management theory, worked over the relevant issues of the railway construction organization of Zaolin Railway, designed the distribution of the institutions of the railway construction organization and their function, and also designed the program of the organization management of project construction; it made researches on the progress control organization set and concrete measures to strengthen duration control, established an assurance system of the goal of construction quality and its corresponding assurance measures; it also studied in the safety management measures of the project construction of Zaolin Railway, proposed specific measures to strengthen safety management, and established a security emergency management plan. Results have a guiding role of strengthening the organization and management of China Railway Construction.
