The Research On Tianjin Cultural Center Construction Project Management

With the rapid development and acceleration of urbanization of our country in recent years, the fundamental construction in the city is speeding up. As the gradual establishment and improvement of our socialist market economic system, government investment project management system inherited from planned economic system has revealed lots of problems.On the basis of substantial document in this paper, through a specific case study of Tianjin Cultural Center project .From the organization management, schedule management, quality management and investment budget for the management, we have research on construction management model with the approaches of comparative analysis and through the EPC contracting model of contractual structure of project risk management analysis ,we proposed several feasible risk prevention measures in Tianjin Cultural Center project.The research of the paper not only is supplement to government investment project management, but also take the points of the reference to effective prevents and risk decentralization to urban infrastructure projects.
