Project and multi-projects management technology has been using more and more in today's society. Human-Resource is the most important part when you do the management on the projects. As the important part, Human-Resource has becoming the key point of researching and doing the management on projects.The research of this paper is based on the information projects of China Telecom Xing Hua branch. This issue can be divided to two parts, basic theories of employment and how to employ the very one in the company or society. The base theories and the ways of employing are introduced in the first part, the research about how to employ the very one-important or not are done well in this paper, then the issue gives the ways can be practiced.The research of this paper provided a practiced model for the employing work of project and multi-projects.
