In the media industry, the ability of practitioners is high or low may play a direct impact on the quality of media products, further affecting the market competitiveness of media industry. Therefore, the development of media management of human resources in China is an importance thing. But the current human resources and management in China's media reality is not optimistic. Face to the intense domestic and international media market competition, even though China's media managers have made unremitting efforts and attempts in the management system and methods, there efforts also made a number of attention of the outcome.But they still can not make the media industry and media human resources to the common development of "win-win" goal.Inspect many successful companies in the world, I believe the key to solve common development problems between China's media industry and media human, is to establish a kind of human spirit, praised the " people-oriented " concept which modern management theory introduction to develop and implement human resources of the media scientific. Because " people-oriented " ideology is a people-centered management, to promote respect for individual dignity, personal independence and the premise of full mobilization of human potential, enhance the enterprise employees centripetal force. This decentralized management could help the enterprise employees increase there position in media, and help the staff to be competent the work, improves the quality of life, obtains the self-value's realization and individual development.Based on the understanding above, my research used of Journalism and Communication science, management science, knowledge of sociology, adopt study document, Data statistics and comparative study research methods. first analysis the status and characteristics of the media human resources and human resource management, combined with the formation of " people-oriented " ideology process and it's effectiveness in the business management practice, described the necessary and realistic basis of the media industry humanistic management, then from the concept level, the operational level, environmental aspects answered how to make the " people-oriented " ideology into practice.I believe that, my research on how to make the " people-oriented " ideology into practice in China's Human Media, its practical significance lies:exploring the realistic way to combine the human medium of the management principles and practice of human resources management,and achieve effective management of media on people providing advice; To help media practitioners to be more free and full development. The theoretical value is:compared to previous research, the article's structural is more integrity, the introduction of the management theory is in-depth,and the analysis of strategy are both specific and breakthroughs, to some extent made up the media Human Resource " people-oriented " ideology study gaps exist in theory.
