Xuan Wei Power Company’s People Capability Maturity Evaluation Studies

Business success and failure is the core issue of corporate governance research, human resources as the most important corporate resource, to provide protection for the survival of the enterprise for the development of enterprises to improve power. We should pay attention to the human resources organization, development and management of the various problems, understand the business maturity in these areas. In this paper, human resource capability maturity model, based on the actual situation of the power company Sherwin, design questionnaire, select the appropriate indicators of human resources in the organization, development and management capacity to do evaluation, based on the results of the company’s human resources ability in a kind of maturity level, the company’s direction and continuous improvement methods to make a reference standard.The first chapter of this introduction, the main topics of this paper introduces the background, significance, and the research situation. Chapter Ⅱ introduced HR Maturity Model (P-CMM), and the model contains five levels and each level features that, to the level of evaluation criteria later in preparation. Chapter Ⅲ Power Company Xuanwei describes the status of human resources, and select the appropriate indicators to establish indicators. Chapter fuzzy evaluation method, combined with the power company Xuanwei human resources organization, development and management of specific conditions, the establishment of the company’s human resource capability maturity model. Chapter V analyzes the results obtained, that the company’s continuous improvement of work to be done next, and follow-up research papers.
