However, as we achieve social, economic developments, there have been some problems,one of which is the structural contradiction in the labor market, technical staff are lack,while new labor force and laid-off workers are difficult employment, the structure of agricultural labor force can not meet the development of modem agriculture.The structural contradiction of China's labor market structure is extremely severe.The reason is the result of various kinds of complex factors. The evolution of economic growth pattern has made various demands to the labor force about their knowledge, skills and other aspects of quality.Over the years, China's education system can not really engage in market-oriented education, which caused big difference between the supply of college labor and labor market needs of the labor force. Labor supply and demand can not communicate effectively, it will lead to a unfavorable result. China's income gap between urban and rural areas has prompted a large number of the literate young male labor force in rural areas engaged in non-agricultural industries,which lead to China's agricultural labor force unreasonable.The structural contradiction in China's labor market on China's economic and social development has caused a terrible negative effect. China's labor market has led to many years of structural contradiction in China's deep-seated with the difficult radical structural unemployment, which make it difficult for China's to choose her economic growth mode, it also has brought the main body of labor absence of adverse consequences.To solve structural contradictions of China's current labor market, we must start from such aspects as the demand of labor market structure, supply structure and a unified labor market which enables the demand side and supply side communicate effectively.
