With the rapid development of China's automobile industry, car ownership is also experiencing explosive growth. After-sale problem has become increasingly important. In this paper, the ultimate solution to after-sales service should be considered as a systematic problem, we must introduce the "service engineering" concept. Focus on the full life cycle to after-sales engineering and product integration in the development of the theory and practice. Study how to apply the concept to the automotive development practices, and summarizes the integrated development of enterprises and consumers in practice. In this paper, the status quo at home and abroad and development of aftermarket, combined a large number of Toyota and Honda Motor Co. recall hot events, fully illustrated in an integrated approach to post-sales engineering research and development necessary.This in conjunction with Shanghai GM project development practice, and elaborated on after-sales and product development divorced from the harm.
