With the background of current global economic crisis, the industrial structure issue has become the focus that every party pays more attention to, then how to adjust their regional industrial structure to make it more responsive to economic development, so that its economy will soon shake off from the crisis and become an important task of the regions of the government. In the process of economic development, Hebei Province should make full use of their own conditions to form reasonable industrial structure and achieve maximum economic benefits. With the rapid development of economy, studying on the industrial structure and its adjustment in Hebei Province has great theoretical significance.The paper is composed of five parts, the introduction part , which mainly explains the background, target, trace and frame, the final point of this part is the innovative point and to be subject of study. The first chapter is mainly to define the industrial structure and industrial structure adjustment, a simple introduction to the relevant theory of industrial structure and its adjustment, make a brief summary about related factors of affect the industrial structure. The second chapter is mainly about making a brief analysis on the current situation of Hebei industry structure and problem.
