Study On Analysis Of Industrial Structure And Adjustment Countermeasure In Russia

As a decision factor of the economic growth, the adjustment and change of Russian industrial structure has direct relation to the promotion of industrial structure, the sustained growth of economy and the promotion of national competitive power. In the current, Russian industrial structurc still has the characteristic of former Soviet Union. The development in three industrial structures is uneven. Russian industrial structure factor limits the promotion of industrial international competitiveness, restricted Russia to use international market to develop economy. Therefore, the industry restructure is imperative to realize Russian industrial structure rationalization and promotion.At first, the thesis carries on the induction and the summary to the industrial structure theory and the practice research, and defines the key and direction of Russian industrial structure at present in domestic and overseas scholars' research. Then, the thesis expounds the adjustment theory of Russian industry structure by introduction the industrial division theory, the industrial structure theory, the industrial layout theory and the industrial policy theory.Secondly, thoroughly analyzed the current development situation of Russian three industrial structure and the situation of everyone of them, and evaluated the industrial structure of Russia, USA, Japan and China from time series by grey correlation degree analysis method, the thesis definite the gap of three industrial structure and gaps in them among four countries based on analysis of evolvement course of Russian industrial structure. Then, the thesis analyzes the problems in and among the three industrial structures, and does a detailed description the causes of unreasonable Russian three industrial structures.Thirdly, researched the current adjustment situation of Russian industrial structure and analyzed its favorable factors, the thesis descripts some factors' restrictive function to industrial structure adjustment, such as development mode of era of planned economy, macroeconomic policies of economic transition, structure of trading commodities and liberalization of trading, powerlessness of consumption structure, science situation deterioration, flowing direction of foreign capital and direction of economic development. Based on them, the adjustment goal, principles and general ideas of Russian industrial structure are definited.Finally, the thesis brings out some suggestions for adjustment of three industrial structures to solve their problems.
