Tangshan Tangsteel Gases Co., Ltd. (TTG) is China's Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. and Gas Industry Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. joint venture established in Hebei Province. It is the first joint venture in gas producted, total investment of 928 million Yuan. TTG's strategic objectives are to: build China's most influential leader in industrial gases companies. Speed up the process and equipment is being adjusted, will be formed based on Bohai Bay, the country's boutique specialized radiation gas production base.Into the 21st century, global market environment, information technology, e-commerce, science and technology-oriented competitive environment of human resource management theory and practice have set new and higher demands. In order to TTG of human resources management to adapt to new market and social environment, the need for human resources management theory and practice of cutting-edge research issues, combined with TISG of human resources management practices, presented with operational human resources strategies and practices.First, the text chase analysis of human resource management theory and practice of development history, the core problem is that from personnel management to human resource management change; its history around the around the concept of modern human resources management, culture, management models, methods and assessment launched the systematic research and produce a number of important theory and practice. Combination of human resource management theory analysis, this paper come to basic conclusions are: human resource management from the enterprise development strategy, corporate culture, management style etc. Proceeding of human resources management and enterprise efficiency in the management, therefore, human resource management and enterprise development there are intrinsically linked, that such a link is embedded nature, built-in and the nature of nature.Secondly, this paper, human resource management theory and practice, analysis of human resource management and business management models, strategies, the relationship between the daily management and to attempt to describe human resource management of the enterprise development mechanism, process and methods. This text argues that human resource management has certain independence, but it is with other management companies, operation, strategic synergies exist between the adjustment mechanism, the mechanism of this synergistic effect the creation and management of human resources the key points. Therefore, this article coordination mechanism based on the content of human resource management, characteristics, structure, operation, control and evaluate issues such as the exploratory analysis.Finally, based TTG of human resources management experience, combined with collaborative learning and theory of modern human resources efforts, this paper presents the strategic management of human resources management and collaborative mechanisms for the establishment of a structural approach to corporate goals as the order parameters, stress human resources and strategy for the establishment of coordination mechanisms. Based on the empirical analysis of human resources, identification of adaptation TTG to improve human resource management methods and recommendations.
