Investigation On The Collaborative Innovation Incubator Mode For HEU University Of Science And Technology Park

"Incubator" originated in the 1950s,the United States. By providing R & D,production,venue operations,communications,networking,office,etc. shared facilities,systems,training,consulting and policy, finance, legal and marketing support, it were reduced entrepreneurial risks, and not only improved the survival rate of new enterprises, but also enhanced the success rate. University-based University of Science and Technology Park is a kind of Technology Business Incubator, its main task is transforming scientific and technological achievements,and hatch high-tech enterprise, spread the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship. This study on the basis of research of the development status of the Science and Technology Park, combined with domestic and foreign universities various incubators mode of the incubator development status, two collaborative innovation incubator has been designed for HEU National University Science Park mode: Technology Research Institute hatch patterns and industrial base hatch pattern.The main contents include:1. The status, operation and problems of HEU University Science Park incubatorThe status and operating mode of the HEU University Science Park incubator were analyzed from the aspects of management model, incubation service system and technology platform. The existing resources and comprehensive capacity of the HEU University Science Park were also analyzed and the main problems of the HEU University Science Park incubator were summarized.2. Propose of the collaborative innovation model for the HEU University Science Park incubatorBy analyzing the resource capacity of the HEU University Science Park and the needs of the business incubator, we proposed two kinds of new incubating models: Technology Research Institute hatch patterns and industrial base hatch pattern. Both hatching mode is described in detail, and to focus on the industrial base hatch patterns, detailed study of issues related to the implementation process of the construction of the incubator model, design a detailed construction plan.3. Design the safeguard measures on the implementation of the HEU University Science Park incubator collaborative innovation modelFocusing on the industrial base hatch model, the specific safeguards for the implementation of the University Science Park incubator hatching collaborative innovation model were investigated. The implementation of the industrial base hatch model and the safeguard mechanism of the benefit distribution were discussed. The safeguard mechanism of the benefit distribution were discussed from the aspects of the enterprise - venture - base management agency, the laboratories - base management agency, the government and training services.
