Since the 70s of the last century, the family business of our country now has become an important part of the economy and in promoting national economic development, providing job opportunities, increase revenue, and many other aspects play an important role after 30 years of vigorous development. Most of China's private enterprise system adopted in the form of family business, many of which companies experienced a successful early start and bottlenecks in trouble, even death. There are many reasons for this situation and the multi-level, many studies before trying to explain from a cultural point of view the current family business faced such a situation, that the main reason is China's traditional culture, familism result, Some scholars study the system from a single start, that the way our family business is the key to graft a modern enterprise system. This paper argues that these are family enterprises in China's deep-seated causes of existing problems.This article from a new perspective-the Chinese character starts to study the family business. The core of the problem is that China's economic transition in the context of how to advance the transformation of personality development of our family enterprise system. At the request of the problem, analysis of the status of the family enterprise system, problems and strengths and weaknesses, and then further to find the formation of our family enterprise system, current situation and existing problems of the deeper reasons-personality, and then analyzes from the perspective of how to solve the problem of personality.This paper believes that if we do not act to put personal and social background of the organization, we can not understand them. In the course of family business, social factors can not be ignored; it may be the root of our family business point of departure. Therefore, we need to put family businesses unique to China to study the social context. This paper argues that social factors—Chinese characters personality, affecting the formation of our family business, development and current problems encountered in deeper reasons. In fact, the study of Chinese family businesses, in the final analysis can be attributed to the problem of Chinese character up. This dependence of the individual or semi-dependent personality, determines the formation of our family business, development, and also determines the bottleneck in its development and future direction of development. Development of family enterprises in China lies in the transformation of relational contract personified, that is attached or semi-dependent relationship between the contract personification of relational contracts to community transformation, and this transformation lies in the transformation of personality, that is attached or semi-dependent personality transformation to the community.The transformation of this character must be based on the conversion of traditional Chinese "collectivism" to the communitarianism. Community of Personality and Social Formation and Development of the community can only be a prerequisite for each other, accompanied by long-term process with students. Can it even be said that community character and community social "kink" along the development of China's "modernity" of the generation and expansion of the central element. Of course, the issue of need for a majestic chapter, this is not the luxury of this article. Hoping this article is only on the current state of Chinese family firms to interpreting the existing, if it really hit the "kink" and a "starting point", it is just a "pleasant surprise."In addition to the full text introduction, literature review and conclusions, there are three parts:The first part is a general analysis of family business; second part of the specific discussion of family business institutions of the system, that is, internal systems and external systems; third part of China advantages and disadvantages of family businesses; fourth part from the perspective of personality to explain the formation of our family business, the reasons for the status quo, and the corresponding recommendations.
