Research On Life-Cycle Management Of Real Estate Projects In Changqing Oil Field Base

Life-Cycle Management of Real Estate Projects is a new management style, which management theory grown up under the new economy era. Scholars of our country have developed life-cycle management combined the conditions of our country, although the thoughts of it were produced in enterprise practices of western developed country. Economy of our country belongs to extensive growth for a long time. The enterprise has sacrificed the social interests and environment interests during pursuing the economic interests, resulting in enormous waste of resources and serious environmental pollution, while the implementation of life-cycle management can effectively relieve this kind of situation.In this article, take the example of construction in Changqing Oil Field Base, we discussed the long-term value and life cycle of real estate projects, analyzed management group, management process, management technology and management methods fully, systematically and deeply which a successful real estate projects need, by applying systematic, management, sustainable development theory, green management, life-cycle management and so on. On the one hand, this article organized structure according to LCM requirements of real estate projects, including circumstances and contents of various green management stages under residential projects LCM pattern. On the other hand, this article paid attention to enlarge new method and new technology behind management connotation, like developing new technology and new management method based on life-cycle management. This article discussed actual operation and effects through developing examples.Through the study of life-cycle management of real estate projects in Changqing Oil Field Base, we found that it is a very effective approach to enhance market competitiveness of projects by using life-cycle management. This meets the strategy requirements of country's sustainable development, and builds the solid foundation for sustainable development of enterprises.
