| The bidding for the construction projects as a competitive market exchange mode,is constantly deep into all aspects of social life,not only on the macroeconomic impact,and are constantly into microcosmic individual behavior. As an important work,construction project tendering and bidding fully embodies three principles of China’s socialist market economy-open,fair and just. How to reflect the running status and effect of the bidding market is of great significance for the development of the industry.Based upon a lot of related research both home and abroad,this paper put forward the concept of Trading Index of the Engineering Construction Tendering and Bidding(TBTI) and an initial set of its indicators. Then,Using Delphi to identify effective indicators,a set of scientific and feasible assessment index system was developed. Meanwhile,the paper determined the index weight using the method of Delphi and AHP,and built an evaluation model of TBTI. Then this paper took Chongqing city as an empirical study to test the rationality and feasibility of the index system.This paper took Chongqing city as an exploratory empirical analysis and got conclusions as follows: From 2013-2015,the level of TBTI in Chongqing was steady increasing. Credibility,competitiveness and influence of the bidding market were all increased. The market was active and closely linked with the development of the Chongqing national economy. At the same time,the study on the trading index has been recognized by Chongqing engineering construction bidding and tendering transaction center. So they tried to apply the research results to work, finally established the engineering construction bidding and tendering trading index system of Chongqing.The innovation of this paper was the concept of TBTI,which is the first time to put forward. Then the paper explained the meaning and function of TBTI,and established the index system and the hierarchical decomposition of trading index. |
