Research Of Small And Medium Business's Research And Development Project Management

On the consideration of small and medium (SMB) business's characteristics, this study applies project management knowledge to expatiate the management of palm-facility's research and development project from two aspects:the application of Project Time Management and Project Risk Management.After the contrast and analysis between the common-used tools and models as well as on the consideration of the small and medium business's characteristics and needs, software tools and risk management models which are suitable to the small and medium business are finally chosen in this study which aims at the existing problems in the small and medium business's research and development project.Combined with case study, the dissertation takes the methods of project analysis, assistant analysis of project management software, analysis in advantages and disadvantages to analyze the shortages and mistakes during the project management of palm-facility's research and development, and to definitude the improvement methods, as well as the proper models and tools. It also designates which problems should be paid attention to at the early stage during the project management. According to the SMB's own characteristics and project situation, we should use the tools of project management neatly, hold the core of Project Management, level up the project management efficiently, and enhance the enterprise competitive power sequentially.
