Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Rural Land Transfer In Zhuzhou

Rural land circulation is the inevitable outcome of the rural development of economic and society. This article is basis on the Zhuzhou's economic and rural land circulation with the reference of domestic and international research. It also give a systemic suggestion on Zhuzhou's rural land circulation with the qualitative research on the element of the Zhuzhou's rural land circulation and quantitative analysis based on principal component analysis. The result follows:The characteristic of Zhuzhou's rural land circulation is diversified besides the national wide rural land circulation. That is the type of leading enterprises, the concentration of hamlet and group, the leading industry, the master on cropping-breeding and the co-operation organization.According to the field investigation, there are three kinds of factors as well as 12 aspects. The first is natural factor (traffic condition and land fragmentation),The second is economic factor (the structure of farmer's income, the price of rural land circulation, the development of non-agricultural industry, the change of non-agricultural population, the efficiency of agricultural labor transfer, and the function of land job offer),the third is society or institutional factor (social security, cultural quality of the main rural labor, villagers committee and government support).According to principal component analysis, the proportion of load coefficient in non-agricultural population is 0.963 which is the largest. The result suggests that the more the non-agricultural population exists, the faster the rural land circulation does. The area of economic crop takes 0.958 of load coefficient in the total area of the farmland, which suggests that the area of economic crop takes a very important role in rural land circulation. It must expand the area of the economic crop in order to improve the rural land circulation in Zhuzhou.According to principal component analysis, The economic factors take the most important role in the rural land circulation in Zhuzhou, whose load coefficient are: 0.946 in net income of each rural resident,0.939 in per capita GDP,-0.940 in rural Engel coefficient,0.927 in the price index of the rural land circulation,,-0.940 in the traditional agriculture. The development of economy is the key of rural land circulation. The better the economic development is, the faster the rural land circulation does.According to the qualitative and quantitative analysis on the rural land circulation in zhuzhou, the systemic suggest on the matter are as follows:good plan for the rural land circulation, development of rural economy, transfer of the non-agricultural population etc.
