The Research On Evaluation Of The Potential Of Intensive Land Use Of Zhuzhou City

With the increasing pressure of the resources, environment and population, intensive use of land is extremely important."Two-oriented society" construction has brought great opportunities in land resource utilization of the group of changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan, Zhuzhou city as the reform testing areas of "Two-oriented society", the development of intensive land use is an important part of the "the reform testing areas of national resources-saving and environment-friendly social constructions with synthesis and whole sef".To guarantee urban land Sustainable Utilization and buildding a resource-conserving society, we should use present land resources intensively and efficiently, taping latent potentialities for urban land use, improving land use efficiency. Therefore, it is particularly urgent for Zhuzhou city potential evaluation study of land intensive use.First, the dynamic mechanism factor of intensive land use of Zhuzhou city was conducted by correlation analysis. On this basis, land use potential of Zhuzhou city were evaluated by AHP from the time, followed by using principal component analysis, the potential evaluation of intensive land use make the evaluation ranking with Zhuzhou City and14cities of Hunan province from space. At last, concludes with the related countermeasures of intensive land use of Zhuzhou City.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Based on the theory of intensive land use requirements and Zhuzhou "Two-oriented society", building the intensive land use potential evaluation index system of Zhuzhou city by the constraint factor, driving factors and trend factors.(2) According to the methods of correlation analysis, affecting the correlation analysis of19potential factors of the intensive use of land Zhuzhou city, derived the relevance of these factors:The most relevant factor of the industrial land area percentage and the industrial land efficiency ratio in structure and layout of the land is-0.948; The strongest correlation factor of the infrastructure investment unit amount of land and the environmental investment unit of land in investment intensity of land is0.998;The most relevant factor of the urban land utilization and the urban construction land area per capita in use intensity of land is0.971;The strongest correlation factor of the urban land per capita GDP and the urban land per taxes in use efficiency of land is0.968;The most relevant factor of the investment growth and the growth elasticity of land and the output growth and the growth elasticity of land in potential trends of land use is0.934.(3) obtained in the potential evaluation results of the intensive land use of Zhuzhou city of2012year, the total level of Zhuzhou city is92.35, where the score of the potential extent of land use is43.71, the score of the potential binding condition of and use is37.68, and the score of the potential trend of land use is10.96, indicating that the land use of Zhuzhou City still has great potential.(4) obtained in the total score between Zhuzhou city and14cities of Hunan province of2012year, specific performance:the northwest of Hunan province is lagging behind the southeast region, the overall score of potential of land use of Zhuzhou city is located on the4th in14cities, which indicates the level of intensive land use have to be improved and can be tapped space in Zhuzhou city.(5) Based on the evaluation results, presented suggestions from a rational plan to improve the efficiency of land use, and reasonable development of underground space to promote the intensive of land use.This article can improve useful reference of the management of land use and the government decision-making, to promote the building "Two-oriented society" of Zhuzhou city, to achieve the transformation of economic growth, meet the new requirements of the national resources-saving and environment-friendly social to the development of the economic.
