The Research On Construction Land Of Structure And Layout In Urban And Rural Area In Chengbu County

Nowdays,everyone has reslized the importance of carring out the scientific developmengt concept, in order to carring out the scientific developmengt concept and achieving socio-economic goals,reasonable spatial land use structure and layout of space study is necessary. So,study the structure and layout of construction land use have meaning to thrift and intensive utilization of land,act on economic and social development both in cities and countries,it is also to cities and countries intergration.Firstly, this paper state the cause of land problem present to cities and counties development,based on the basic rules of land use structure and layout and some important relevant theories,the paper studies the example of land use structure and layout in Chengbu county,and the paper summarizes the problems and analyzes the driving medianisms of urban-rural land changes.Secondly,this paper on the basis of land use present situation analysis and data,forecast the population,the level of urbanization and land urban constructure scale.then forecast the scale of construction land use so as to ensure the structure of construction land use.At last,the paper choose Chengbu county as a research object,after analyzing the area background,space structure and industrial structure,combinate to predict consequences,based on the trend of social and economical development and principle of using land resources properly,adjust and optimize construction land use's structure and layout,besides according to economic and social developing trend and the development direction of construction land use,then proposes some measures that can optimize the structure and distribution of construction land use.
