Ecological Industry Analysis And Assessment Of Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration

Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration is a new and rising urban agglomeration in the eastern coastal regions. The urbanization process accelerating has already caused a series of ecological problems which threats the sustained development of Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration. So, it is an extremely urgent task for Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration to research on its development of ecological industry and propose reform measures, in order to realize a virtuous circle in ecosystem and industry ecological development.In this thesis, we establish the evaluation index system with cyclical economy on macrocosmic level, regional ecological economy on intermediate level and clean production on microcosmic level as framework, based on research of ecological industry home and abroad. The thesis use analytic hierarchy process to build evaluation model for urban agglomeration ecological industry,and to assess through indicator system models for Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration. The evaluations reached the following conclusions:The overall level of Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration ecological industry is in the well status, which is divided into two levels: Rizhao, Yantai, Weihai and Dongying have a higher level; Jinan ,Qingdao, Weifang and Zibo have relatively poor. According to the result, this thesis analysis the ecological industry status of every city, finds out the specific reasons that led ecological industry of these cities to good or bad level. The irrational industry structure, the poor urban ecological environment, the weak central city radiation function and other issues are constraining factors that affect the ecological industry level of Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration. Excellent investment environment and stable economic development promote the Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration raised in the high level. The cities should exert their self advantages adequately, strengthen the weak link, and make Urban Agglomeration get sustainable development.Through analyze ecological industry of Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration, the author hope that it will provide feasible path and macro basis for decision-making to raise the level of ecological industry of Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration. This thesis gives proposals from strengthening central city radiation function, defining city function positioning, strengthening regional cooperation and promoting research on ecological industry theory, etc to improve Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration ecological industry.
