With the internationalization and globalization of the domestic market,the competition among enterprises,especially the talent competition, is becoming more and more seriously. As a result, the human resource management in a company is playing a more significant role in routine management.It is reported that the core employees which usually account for 20% of the total number of employees create 80% of the gross profit, so how to manage and motivate the core employees becomes a tough problem for companies.Based.on the literature review on the topic of core employee management,this paper systematically developed the management of core employee in the organizational level.This paper took Hunan Hongli Texture Group Company as the research object. Texture industry has various common characteristics with modern processing industry, such as highly centralized internal command system,highly developed labor division and collaboration, close integration of technical work and economic work,and so on. However, the management of a texture company has its own characteristics,such as multi-continuous production process,multi-machine operation, shift operation, and so on.Based on the long-term strategy of Hongli Company and the characteristics of texture industry, this paper analyzed the current main problem on managing core employees,including the instability of top managers,the low level of executive force, the maladjustment of new employees,and the lack of vocational traits of managers. After analyzing the contemporary situation of core employee management in a systematic way, a design proposal using a development viewpoint was brought out, which contained the explicit range of core employees in Hongli Company and the management solutions of core employees.Additionally, a series of safeguard measures including organizational support and institutional assurance was proposed to ensure successful application of management solutions so as to direct the long-term management of core employees.The application of core employee management will improve the management situation of core employees,perfect the personnel mechanism,and attract more core employees to work in the company. As the result,the general competence of core employees will be improved and the long-term goal of the company will be accomplished.
