| Cluster becomes a regional economic "growth pole" with its strong innovation ability and competitive advantage. However,the crude growth mode and the lower grade of products hinder the development of Chinese industrial clusters.The lack of technological innovation and independent brands make Chinese industrial clusters at the low end of value chain. To maintain the sustainable development,it is an urgent need to for Chinese industrial clusters to upgrade. Some industrial clusters appear recession at a certain stage.How to prevent,avoid or control the risk during the development of industrial clusters is a difficult problem confronted us.These two problems are related closely to technological innovation of industrial clusters. Therefore,it is very necessary and meaningful to study characteristics,mechanisms and implementation process of the technological innovation of industrial cluster.Technical innovation is the result of the interaction between scientific and technological knowledge and market demand. Industrial clusters provide a network platform for technical innovation.In the second chapter the network structure of industrial cluster is analyzed theoretically,which is made of industrial organization network based on specialization in the product value chain and the network of social relations based on mutual trust and which is an overlay and hybrid network structure. This network structure determines the cluster's innovation model and influences the performance of innovation. Cluster's innovation is aroused by the mutual communication and learning between universities,research institutions,enterprises, suppliers and customer on vertical industry value chain and by the competitiveness and cooperation among enterprises on level of similar value chain and by the formal or informal exchange based on trust of social network which is linked through exchange and interaction of knowledge and information. Cluster's innovation is a process of information access,accumulation,processing and transmission of information. Therefore, the model of industrial cluster innovation has a "network paradigm" rather than "linear paradigm."The network nature of Industrial cluster's innovation makes the cluster of information process of technology innovation of the enterprise in cluster similar to the process of information processing and delivery of the neurons in neural network. Therefore, in the third chapter a cluster model of technological innovation is built, drew on neural network model with the equation of statistical mechanics.Used the neural network analysis,the cluster model of technological innovation analyze process of innovation of enterprise,microcosmic actor,from the perspective of cluster's network structure. The model analyzes in-depth that the various factors of cluster's network impact on the innovation of enterprises in cluster from three aspects of information process of innovation,innovation input and desire of innovation remedying the deficiencies of the existing models of Cluster Innovation which lack of adequate micro-analysis on the mechanism of cluster's innovation and micro-base. Through model analysis,the paper regards that contact and trust among the cluster's actors shorten their "psychological"distance and formal and informal exchange stimulate the dissemination of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge which promote information exchange and dissemination of information; that network heterogeneity and network size decide the flow of innovative information and enterprises'learning and research deciding their stock of innovative information; that information dissemination and enterprise's innovation form the effect of cyclic enhancement;that specialized division of labor,resources sharing,cooperative innovation lower the threshold of innovation; that intense competition increases the motivation of innovation while over-imitation of innovation lowers the expected rate of return and inhibits innovation.Chapter four:An Empirical Study.The sector analyses the underlying causes of the decline of Cluster Shanlian hubi and cluster Wengang miaobi through the neural network model of cluster technological innovation. It proves by contrast that the nature of the differences in network structure determine the innovative performance of industrial clusters,which decides to cluster's different evolutionary paths—Cluster Shanlian hubi declines because of locked and closed network structure,while Cluster Wengang miaobi develops with open,interactive networkBased on theoretical analysis and empirical research,the final sector draws conclusions and makes corresponding proposals in view of the situation of Chinese industrial clusters and the risk in the process of development. This paper proves that the interaction,heterogeneity,and openness of industrial cluster will promote the dissemination and exchange of information,reduce innovation costs,increase innovation drive and stimulate innovation and promote their proliferation; while homogeneous and locked network led to excessive imitation and vicious competition, which lower is expected revenues of innovation and weaken cluster innovative abilities and inhibits of cluster innovation. Therefore,this paper presents the policy proposals to make node for the cluster network,optimize network structure,exert the role of network and avoid the risk of network. |
