The risk assessment theory already achieved the huge achievement in nuclear industry,Marine Field,chemical sector and so on,and hoisting machinery industry has formed the huge enterprises and user groups in China. However hoisting machinery's accidents are increasing every year,the suitable risk assessment method of hoisting machinery urgently was needed to be established.It's important to understanding the origins,development and present situation of risk assessment theory by collecting material, further reading, noting,carefully analyzing and so on,making clearly each kind of risk assessment method's merit and insufficiency,and mastering the difficulty and question of the risk assessment method and the development trend of risk assessment method. Finally quota probability risk and economy assessment method is decided to be established. This method bases on system viewpoint of safety system engineering:Firstly,though comparing and analyzing risk identification method,the scheme is determined that it is FTA-based approach to identify risks,supplemented by FMEA. From the human-machine-environment the fault tree of the traveling mechanism of the larger travelers of crane is built to gain the risk factor; Secondly,it is crucial to calculating risk probability and risk severity:The reliability of mechanical equipment was used the fuzzy reliable theory and reliability technology,and the reliability of people was taken the second generation of person reliability technology. The risk severity was transformed the risk economic loss though the viewpoint of the security economic,the quantification risk loss was calculated by using the AHP method and the accident economic loss appraisal technology. Thus it obtains the value of single project risk,system's appraisal projects are able to determine by the risk probability,the risk loss or the risk. It is absolutely necessarily to research deeply the ALARP principle before the appropriate risk assessment standard was made. Then checking the condition of system's appraisal project risk and safety of the system of prevention,monitoring and control measures,and systemic risk degrees is estimated through the risk assessment standard. According to the system risk,it is important to adopt the prevention,monitor and regulatory measures and give the evaluation report. Taking the traveling mechanism of the larger travelers of crane as the example,it demonstrates the method is correct and feasible. Finally it takes VC++ as the tool of program,combines the database technology and the COM technology,compiles the traveling mechanism of the larger travelers of crane risk assessment software,realizes to planning the fault tree,valuing system risk and exporting evaluation report.
