The Estimated And Assessed Study On The Urban-rural Integration Of The Pan-yangtze River Delta

Urban and rural areas are two regions with a specific meanings which have completely different properties in many aspects of economy,society ,politics,culture and lifestyle.But the urban and rural areas are also interdependent and affect each other.China has always been a larger gap between urban and rural areas, with the gradual deepening of China's reform and opening up, urban and rural economy has developed rapidly, the gap between urban and rural areas appears a tendency to narrow. Pan-Yangtze River Delta region's economy is developed while its urban-rural integration is evident. Pan-Yangtze River Delta region for the measure of urban-rural integration, will help us to study and explore from the separation between urban and rural areas, opposition to an open,coordinated,to the urban-rural integration that is the law of the integration process,in order to adjust the relationship between urban and rural areas,to break the urban-rural dual structure, and promote the integration of urban and rural areas to provide empirical evidence and decision-making.This paper discusses the integration of Chinese and foreign literature related to urban and rural areas:urban-rural integration of scientific content and the main contents of the selection index system of urban-rural integration,the technical indicator data processing,criteria for determining the degree of urban-rural integration,etc. have done a comprehensive study ,based on the basis of development economics,regional economics and econometrics theory and related disciplines,such as the Pan-Yangtze River Delta regions with socio-economic characteristics,selected a total of 16 indicators in five areas,using the first principal component of objective weighting method 6 pairs of the Pan-Yangtze River Delta region in 14 years of urban and rural integration process of the evaluation, obtained in various regions of the Pan-Yangtze River Delta for 14 years to the relative process of integrated development of urban and rural areas.Based on the evaluation results,this paper presents the Pan-Yangtze River Delta to promote the integration of urban and rural focus to play the role of government,build integration mechanisms to enhance regional cooperation and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas within the region such as policy recommendations.
