Coal is the major energy resources,it accounts for70%in primary energy productionand consumption.In China,southeast and coastal areas is the coal consumption regions,butmost of the coal resources distributes in north and northwest areas,the situation of thisunevenly distribution makes our country’s coal logistics very complicated,coaltransportation structure spreads from the west to east,from the north to the south,it isloaded in northern harbor,transported to the Yangtze River Delta region by seagoingvessels,transited to central China region by riverboat,Yangtze River Delta ports play aimportant role in coal logistics transaction.If we establish coal logistics park in YangtzeRiver Delta ports,undoubtedly it will bring us large economic and strategic significance.At the beginning of the study of the problem,this thesis makes a comprehensivecomparison to the logistics park location theory,analyses their respective strengths andweaknesses and the scope of application,Ultimately,determined using the analytichierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Second,we analyse the profile of coal industry and coal logistics,discuss theirdevelopment trends.Then we summarize the concept and characteristics of coal logisticspark in Yangtze River Delta ports,and based on these features,we put forward that the coallogistics park in Yangtze River Delta ports should have four function of service: thefunction of regional coal reserves, the function of coal blending,the function of transfer inYangtze River Delta ports,and the function of coal supply chain extension service.Finally, we set up an index system of the influencing factors of coal logistics park’slocation problem by AHP,it contains five main indexes and twenty sub-indexes,calculatedthe weight of each index,inspected the consistency ratio,then put the results into actualcase.We selected three alternatives in Yangtze River Delta ports and judged them by fuzzycomprehensive evaluation.the optimal program is Jiangyin Port.An actual constructionproject proves the value of the study.
