As the high-speed development of social. Mankind has entered the new knowledge economy era. Intelligent is one of the most important resources in each enterprise. The ability of qualified personnel is becoming much more useful in each company. The competition of modern companies is talent. Training is the way to improve the levels of employee.Sell talents are seen as one of enterprise key resources. More and more companies noticed the important roles of people with sell skills. Nowadays there is a wide gap between the abilities of companies sales persons and the demands of the CH company. The development of enterprise can be restricted by this situation. If the CH company want to develop continually and healthily, it must is to train and raise the abilities and qualities of sales persons.In this article, through the survey analysis with CH company, unifies the present training situation, inline with the scientific nature and the feasibility principle trained the system to CH company, the author is able to design a new effective and suitable training system for the company according to its current situation and its development strategy. Taking training organization system, procedure system, curriculum system and assistant system as the departure point, the new training system is studied and designed with an emphasis.Applying the new training system on the CH company,it can solve the problem of sales of CH company; improve the abilities of sales persons to adapt to the development of the company. Besides the author explose some methods for car-saleing, it is a very good reference for the other companies.
