For eachcompany, training is a mission which is long-term and strategic. Success and failure of many enterprises proved,"Prosperous if you're trusted; Flourishing if you're helped; Foresight if you're cultivating."Modern enterprise has two primary duties which are product development and options and sale of products. Theresult of the works of an enterprise is tested finally based on its market and whether to realize the sales aim. If the aimwas not realized, the enterprise can not survive and develop. More and more companies noticed the important roles ofpeople with sell skills. Sell talents are seen as one of enterprise key resources. Nowadays there is a wide gap betweenthe abilities of companies sales persons and the demands of the companies. The development of enterprise can berestricted by this situation. The only way of keeping the enterprise to develop continually and healthily is to train andraise the abilities and qualities of sales persons.This article revolves BSKC closely the developmental strategy general goals, as works the master line take thetalent strong business strategy persisted the humanist idea.
