Study On The Social Assessment About The Project Of Public Housing

Public housing is a real problem which can not be avoided in most countries when they face economic development and urbanization process. The study on the public housing project is limited in the academic community. In this paper, it was been in-depth studied on social assessment in theory. And a stronger approach was built on the base of theoretical research, which can provide guidance for our country's public housing project.In this paper a suitable theoretical framework and methodology about assessment system of public housing project was attempted to explore and establish, by reference to the relevant domestic and foreign advanced theory and practical experience. In the course of the study, firstly the main points and the difficulties in the evaluation of public housing project have been analyzed by using the basic theory of social assessment. And based on the summary and assessment of methods, the fuzzy-analytic hierarchy process was selected as the evaluation method; Secondly, the content of social assessment of public housing project had been defined, and the indicators were chosen from social impact analysis, adaptability analysis and risk analysis to build evaluation index system model; Finally, MinXinYuan district in Jiaozuo City, Henan Province was selected as a sample, using the model to carry out social assessment. Through the research we can find that the country's public housing project is feasible, especially in the far-reaching social impact; also that the model has a practical evaluation of the results for public housing project was validated in this paper provide reference for social assessment.The innovation of this paper can be described as follows: In the academic, research on the social assessment of public housing project studied at the initial stage. By investigating the actual conditions in public housing project and consulting large of experts, and combining the relevant theories of social assessment, an index system and model were built up, then, evaluated this project by this model. And it can be used for reference in the future. Also, in the paper the indicators were selected exclusively from the project's social impact to build an index system of public housing project on the social assessment, which can be said as a new attempt.
