Study On The Integrity Of Anshan Construction Bank's Service Channel

The position of commercial banks is extremely vital, and it has great impact on the situation of national economy. At present, commercial banks are facing dramatic market competition after China's reform and opening to the outside world. Therefore, the importance of service channels is becoming more and more important. Under the influence of the revolution of information technology, foreign banks make good use of the result of the information technology and computerize their bank service. The newly-appeared e-banks have achieved amazing development and realize that the traditional counter have been converted from the type of the simple transaction to the type of multi-marketing successfully.The traditional advantages of our commercial banks in branches are facing great challenge. The long-queuing phenomenon is noticeable, the ratio of using E-banking channel is Low, the efficacy of branches is frail. The integration and innovation of commercial banks'service channel is necessary, which is a subject as important as perfecting banks'corporate governance and disposing of bad debts. It can also reduce the pressure of counters, increase the value of branches, reduce operating cost and is beneficial to the rational division and promotion of the old and new service channels each other. Channel transferring is the strategic implement of integration and improving the core competitiveness of Anshan Construction Bank. Especially during the process of city construction and great-leap-forward development of Anshan, Anshan Construction Bank should utilize the opportunity of population and corporation transfering and the allocation of the financial market resource to execute the strategy of channel integrity in order to obtain the market.Based on the related theory of commercial banks'channel integrity, this paper takes the integrity of Anshan Construstion Bank's service channel as an example and analyzes the problems and reasons of this process, and finally put forward some improvement proposals, such as pondering on the way of the channel integrity of the construction bank's branch in accordance with Anshan characteristics, enforcing electronic banks'convenience, practicability and security; increasing the number of VIP consumers, performing strategic cooperation and cultivating characteristic service channel, and so forth. These proposals can make the implement of the integrity of service channels more scientific and improve the overall efficacy of the system of service channels in Anshan Construction Bank.
