For background of studying CHINAUNICOM market competition so as to Heilongjiang CHINAUNICOM marketing channel for the research object, this text designs science, rational, practical marketing channel construction management method, so that the company can solve problem in management in the stage.. This text validly improve agent's enthusiasm of CHINA Unicom's marketing channel to a certain extent, give play to the marketing channel administrative staff's latent energy , is very important to the work of Heilongjiang Unicom's marketing channel construction.This text describes the marketing channel management, service marketing theory, customer's relation management theory in detail at first, to find effective theoretical foundation for the study.
