The Research Of Rural Public Goods Supply Mechanism In Western In China

The status of village public goods supply determines the exterior condition of agriculture manufacture is good or bad and influence the crop of agriculture manufacture and public welfare of farmer. It also influences the steady and development of society and economy in village. Ensuring the effective supply of village public goods not only the important mission of solving the three rural problem but also the important missions of developing the economy and society of city and rural as whole and constructing the better society all side. In our country, most of minorities live in the western villages. If the rural public goods can be supplied effectively in western villages, the condition of farmer living and producing will be better, and then the nationality conflict in our country will be less and the disparity between the eastern and western will shrink and accelerate the development of the city and village as whole. In addition, it can help to the developing the western rural economy and make the equity of society come true and then make our country develop harmoniously as whole.Firstly, this paper explains the theories of rural public good, including the concept and characters of public goods and rural public goods and so on. Secondly, the paper introduces the particularity in western villages of our country, the important meaning of perfecting the supply of rural public goods in the western villages and how about the status of supply in western villages currently, and then analyze the problems of supplying rural public goods of western villages in our country, such as the absence in total, the unbalance and inefficient supply. The next part this paper introduce and history of the rural public goods and analyze the problems in rural public goods mechanism in western villages, such as unitary supply person, absence of effective demand expression mechanism and supervision mechanism and so on. The last part a series of conclusions and some policy suggestions should be given, including construct effective demand expression mechanism and supervision mechanism, improve supply decision-making mechanism and develop more ways for finding-raising mechanism and so on. The author hope that through this paper can give some good and effective suggestions to make the rural public goods supply mechanism better and improve the supply condition of western villages in our country.
