Abstract:Many companies have been interested in relocating their domestic operations to appropriate foreign countries, which is called "offshore" and some companies shift their IT Biz abroad which called "IT offshore".Samsung corparation has developed greatly abroad recent year and more and better IT seevice are requsted especially for IT offsoring. But which model should be adapted for Samsung? They are always groping and they had obtained some good result. It would be a good guidelOine to companies which would want to apply offshoring in order to minimize its risk.Three sections:the first part is the introduction of the present situation of national and international.
