The Coordinate Relationship Research Of Human Capital, Environment And Economy

With the development of economic industrialization and social urbanization in world, the scale and speed that mankind utilizes, transforms natural resource and natural environment are strengthened unprecedentedly, which promotes the rapid development of society and economy in every region. This causes some problems. Firstly, the environment is polluted, the ecological balance is destroyed and shortage of resources. Secondly, the government put energy, resources and manpower into the production activities, and ignore the human capital accumulation, the quality of people did not effectively improve. So the mankind begins to seek the new high-quality development mode, so sustainable development is proposed. It is a foundation of development to coordination, the coordinated development of human capital, environment and economy is the core and foundation of the sustainable development. This paper regards human capital system, environment system and economy system as a whole, making the empirical research of coordinate relation between the three systems in Yunnan.The paper introduces the significance of research and current research of home and abroad. It is the theoretic basement of this research. Then, give a brief introduction of human capital, environment and economy situation in Yunnan, it is real basement of quantitative analysis and evaluation. On this basis, constructing the indexes system of human capital, environment and economy coordinate relationship of Yunnan, getting each subsystem's comprehensive value through the principal component analysis method. Thus, establishing coordination model, using coordinate coefficient and coordinate degree makes evaluation of coordinated development of human capital, environment and economy. Research shows, the coordinated development between the three subsystems shows great fluctuation. While, the coordinated development level of economy and human capital, environment is lower. This explains that human capital and environment is very important in the comprehensive development of Yunnan. Government should strengthen the human capital investment, and strive to improve population quality, protect environment of Yunnan, prompting coordinated development of human capital, environment and economy.
