Human Capital - The Modern Economic Discourse In The Philosophical Image

Human capital and it's theory as the object ,the article mainly researches on it's philosophical and economic meanings .After simply introduces the emergence and development of human capital in the west ,the article narrates the human capital theory of Marx , and it compares Marx's labor (capital) with Schultz's human capital and reveal the theoretical root of human capital theory .Then, this article analyzes the relationship between human capital theory and knowledge economy and human capital's characteristics under the knowledge economy conditions.
