Study On Visitor Safety Management System In Meili Snow Mountain Scenic Spot

In recent years, with the fast development of China's Western and the implementation of undertaking in Yunnan tourism, tourism enters a new stage of rapid development in the northwest of Yunnan, and Meili Snow Mountain Tourism also makes an unprecedented rapid development. The development of tourism promotes the economic development and society advancement, there also are associated frequent visitor safety incidents, leads a great of loss of life and heavy social influence, the confliction between the development of scenic and poor safety situation is increasingly prominent. In this case, the establishment of Meili Snow Mountain visitor safety management system, which is help for the scenic's tourism developing healthily, safely and orderly, becomes increasingly important.Based on this background, the paper defines the concept of security, the safety of tourist and visitor safety management, and has studied the theory of the hierarchy of needs, the management of safety engineering and the systems of tourism. On this basis, the paper studies the architecture of visitor safety management. The safety management system is constituted from the three aspects of protecting, warning and the control, and emphasis the running mechanism of management system. On the basis of visitor safety investigations in Meili Snow Mountain, the paper then analysis the Situation of visitor safety and the main problems of its management, puts the theory into practice and uses the system to guide the building of visitor management system in Meili Snow Mountain, and explains it in detail. In the last of the paper, I put forward some suggestions to provide pattern for the implementation of visitor safety management system.This article attempts to use the theory of safety engineering and management to study visitor safety management, then constructs the model of visitor safety management system, and analyzes how to run their. The purposes of the study is to improve the theory of the mountainous visitor safety, and has some reference to improve safety management and create a harmonious environment for other types of scenic spot.
