Use the lean production management methods, combined with the actual operation of Henan Luohe tobacco industry limited liability company, Put forward the idea of the implementation of lean management. Through the analysis of the enterprise, from the organizational design, production planning and control design, quality management system design, inventory management, design and site management and design aspects of lean production management proposed countermeasures.
