Study On The Core Competence Of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group

Since the second half of 2008, by the international financial crisis, the international crude oil prices had fallen at the same time,the oil prices was lowed by many countries, increasing fuel consumption tax levied within the standard and the price of stocks to extend the oil group increased revenues and profits sharp drop in cash flow difficulties. Enhancement of core competitiveness of enterprises as extension of the oil group to survive in the competition, and development, how to achieve sustainable development the focal point. Therefore, the objective of effectively extend the oil group's core competencies to help companies clearly recognize their own strengths and weaknesses, develop the right competitive strategy, measures to establish the right to upgrade, extend the oil group on the development of strategically important significance.In this paper, the core content and characteristics of competitiveness based on the combined group in which the oil industry to extend the features, using SWOT analysis and value chain analysis methodology to analyze the extension of the oil group's internal environment to extend the oil group reached the core competitive force elements, and on this basis, the extension of the oil group to define the core competitiveness.
