Jilin Nongdakemao Seed Industry Co.,Ltd.was established in 2001.It is a scientific and technological seed enterprise integrating the breeding,production,processing,sales and technical services of new crop varieties.More than 30 varieties of mature maize varieties have been selected.After more than ten years of development,Jilin Nongdakemao Seed Industry has accumulated a certain amount of technical capital and established a good corporate image in the industry.However,when foreign agricultural enterprises enter China and the national agricultural policy changes,corn seeds.The competition in the industry is becoming increasingly fierce.The Jilin Nongdakemao seed industry is increasingly showing lack of competitiveness in the seed industry market.In essence,it is the performance of the company lacking core competence.In such an environment,how to face the competition of domestic and foreign seed companies,how to obtain sustainable competitive advantages,and how to continue to develop in the future has become an important challenge for Jilin Nongdakemao seed industry,and it is also worthy of further discussion.Question.Therefore,based on the current situation of Jilin Nongdakemao Seed Industry,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the company through literature method and questionnaire method,and then combines the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and mathematical model to evaluate the core competence.Applying core competence-related theories to build and nurture the company's core competencies.Prahalad and Gary Hammer(1990)put forward the concept of core competence,which they believe is a series of knowledge about how to coordinate different production technologies,processes and technologies.The point is the “knowledge” accumulated by the company and the “knowledge” about how to coordinate the internal resources of the enterprise.This definition is currently the meaning of the most popular core competencies in strategic management theory.This paper argues that core competencies are also a collection of complementary skills and knowledge within an organization or team that enables a company to reach the top level of the industry in one or more businesses,and that this capability is not a short period of time.What can be learned or even surpassed by competitors is the comprehensive ability based on enterprise resources,skills and internal systems.It is the foundation for the survival and stable development of enterprises.The core competence can be demonstrated through the terminal products or services of enterprises.Come out,and ultimately bring the use value of consumers to the improvement.Based on the core competence theory as the theoretical framework,this paper takes Jilin Nongdakemao Seed Industry Co.,Ltd.as the research object,analyzes and identifies the core competence of the company,proposes several methods to cultivate the core competence of the company,and tries to cultivate methods.Apply to the company's day-to-day operations to achieve sustainable company growth.This article is divided into 4 chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research methods and core competence related theories.Chapter 2,asking questions,explores the development status of Jilin Nongdakemao seed industry and the problems in the cultivation of core competence,through objective analysis of external factors such as politics,economy,society and technology and internal resources and capabilities of the company.In general,we will understand the environment in which the Jilin Nongdakemao Seed Industry is located,and provide basic information for the identification and evaluation of core capabilities.Chapter 3,analyze the problem,mainly expounds the identification and evaluation methods of core competence,designs the evaluation index system of the core competence of Jilin Nongdakemao Seed Industry,and establishes the mathematical model of the evaluation of core competence by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The model is applied to the analysis of the core competence of Jilin Nongdakemao Seed Industry,and strives to evaluate its core competence scientifically and objectively.It mainly solves the problems related to the resources and capabilities of the core competence of Jilin Nongdakemao Seed Industry and the corresponding resources and capabilities.The current state of development.Chapter 4,solving the Problem,mainly expounds the cultivation method of the core competence of Jilin Nongdakemao Seed Industry,and explores how the company can combine its actual situation with the external environment to cultivate its core competence and threats,and establish a corporate culture.In the establishment of a learning-oriented enterprise organization and the establishment of a strategic alliance,the core competence of the Jilin Nongdakemao Seed Industry will be constructed and cultivated to solve the core competence problems found in Chapter 2.
