This article begins with the introduction of the human resources management situation and problems of Chinese and foreign multinationals in the process of their overseas development, which serve as the macro background to study HW overseas human resource management. By the analysis of the status of human resource management of HW (Nigeria), we can find out its problems or shortcomings. Then, analyze the various aspects of the profound causes and consequences. Finally, according to its causes of human resources management problems and the actual situation of the external environment, make recommendations for improvement measures.Paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is an introduction. This study describes the background, purpose, meaning and main research ideas.The second chapter introduces the HW's international background, the profile of Nigeria, and HW (Nigeria) the company's basic situation, then, the status of human resource management of HW (Nigeria).The third chapter is depth analysis of five major issues of HW (Nigeria) Human Resource Management, and then an assessment of their consequences.The forth chapter proposed countermeasures to handle five issues of human resources management of HW (Nigeria) company, based on the analysis of the causes and consequences in the third chapter.The fifth chapter is the conclusion which summed up the status and problems of HW (Nigeria) Human Resource Management, and then the four principles of overseas human resources management, as follows:①localization principle;②the principle of cross-cultural integration;③the principle of different measures for different conditions;④the principle of combining of training and usage. As general principles, they has some general guidance.
